By creating and publishing a profile on PetsMateFinder.com (“Platform”), you agree to the following terms and understand how the Platform works. PetsMateFinder.com is an online platform that helps pet owners discover pet profiles, connect with other pet owners nearby, find playmates, and explore suitable matches for their dogs or cats.

User-Provided Profiles and Information: All profile information, photos, pet details, and contact details are provided by users. PetsMateFinder.com acts only as a platform to help users connect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, behaviour, intentions, or suitability of any user, pet profile, photo, or information displayed on the Platform.

No Commercial Breeding or Pet Sales: The Platform is intended to help pet owners connect responsibly. PetsMateFinder.com does not support commercial breeding, the sale or purchase of pets or puppies, or activities that violate applicable laws or Platform rules. We may remove content, restrict access, or deactivate accounts where such activity is identified.

Phone Number Access and Contact by Other Users: Your phone number is connected to your profile. Registered users who use contact access to unlock your profile may be able to view your phone number and contact you directly by call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

At present, phone-number visibility is enabled for active profiles. If you do not want other users to access your phone number, please do not publish your profile or deactivate your profile from your account when you no longer wish to receive contact requests.

Please understand that deactivating your profile can prevent future profile access, but it cannot remove your phone number from users who may already have viewed or saved it.

Safety Reminder: Please communicate carefully with other users. Never share OTPs, passwords, bank details, card details, payment information, or other sensitive personal information with anyone through the Platform.

Service Notifications: PetsMateFinder.com may send important service-related messages by email or SMS, including account verification, profile updates, contact requests, security notices, payment confirmations, and policy-related messages.
